By creating an account or placing an order on this platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. Description of Service
This platform sells social media marketing (SMM) services — including but not limited to followers, likes, views, comments, and engagement — which are delivered through third-party upstream providers. We act as a reseller and dashboard for these services; we do not directly control the infrastructure that fulfils an order.
2. Account Registration
You must provide accurate registration information and keep your login credentials confidential. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Accounts found to be fraudulent, abusive, or used to violate these terms may be suspended or terminated without refund.
3. Orders and Service Delivery
Orders are placed against the target link or identifier you provide. You are solely responsible for ensuring that link is correct, public, and eligible for the service ordered — we are not responsible for orders placed against the wrong, private, or ineligible target. Delivery times, start times, and completion rates shown on each service listing are estimates from the upstream provider, not guarantees.
4. Refunds, Refills, and Warranties
Where a service listing states a refill or warranty period, we will attempt a refill or partial refund for verified drops within that window, subject to the upstream provider honouring the same. Orders that have already started processing generally cannot be cancelled. We do not guarantee outcomes (rankings, monetisation, follower retention, or platform approval) for any service.
5. Payments
All deposits and charges are processed in the currency and through the payment methods shown at checkout. Balance is non-transferable between accounts and, except where a refund is due under Section 4, deposits are non-refundable once used to place an order.
6. Prohibited Use
You may not use this service to violate the terms of service of the target platform (e.g. Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.), to harass or defraud others, to manipulate ranking or monetisation systems in a manner that is illegal in your jurisdiction, or to resell access to this platform without our written permission.
7. Account Suspension and Termination
We may suspend or terminate an account that violates these terms, engages in chargeback fraud, or abuses our support or refund processes. Where reasonably possible we will notify you of the reason.
8. Limitation of Liability
The service is provided "as is." We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of followers, engagement, revenue, or account access on a third-party platform, arising from use of this service.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Continued use of the service after a change is posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
